Cannot log in to app using Telegram on a new device

User has an existing account on Barq which is still active and searchable. User tried to log in to Barq using his new device. User chose "Log in with Telegram" option. User is led to the Telegram bot and initiated the process using "/start" command. Bot replied failing to recognize the Telegram account as the account associated with his Barq account. See attached screenshots for detail. Thank you
