Copy Discord tag instead of opening

Currently, the Discord tag works as a link, buuut not in the best way (I blame Discord for that limitation). Especially in the event of a user having special characters in their tag that can't normally be typed, having the Discord tag get copied instead of opening the Discord app would be much better!
