Allow barq to run on macOS (M1 Macs)

Hi, It would be cool if you - supposed it's working properly - could enable running the app on M1 powered Macs. Coming from Howlr, I got used to work with the app on my Mac computers too. Since making iOS/iPad apps not available on macOS needs to be explicitly set (opt-out) - what were the reasons for this decision (broken iPad layout? plugin/(hybrid-)framework incompatibilities?) ?
