Toggle notifications to specific posts in a community

Users should be able to follow specific threads and not receive notifications for every single discussion in the community. The large groups are absolutely unbearable now. If I joined the gaming community and a thread for a specific game, I don't want 50+ notifications daily for topics I have no interest in.
