The discord server seems to have become part support request and part general conversation. It has been generally encouraged that #general-ad remains centered around the app; but, there is value in having a place where adults can have friendly conversations in "a well-moderated safe space". Of course, the app does provide this in communities; but communities and their posting structure encourages an asynchronous, slow-burn communication style. Chat rooms are meant more for synchronous, quick communication and it might be possible that such a room could improve the community?
