Clarify “Explicit” within the context of AD

Should media with bondage gear that's otherwise tame (no genitals visible, no emphasis on or interaction with groin/breasts/buttocks) be both AD **and** "Explicit" or just in the AD section and *not* marked as explicit? (Context: I accidentally marked a pic that was not auto-classified as explicit as explicit but I don't want to be punished for reverting that. The pic was always in the AD section, this isnt about that.)
