we run on Sleekplan

allow users to view both ad and sfw profiles at once

as is now, you can only see sfw and ad sperately. for example if I know someone has no ad content and I enable ad I cannot see their profile on the tab that shows people nearby. I would like to be able to see all profiles at once and also see all pictures sfw and not on profiles.
