Masculine, androgynous and feminine filters?

In addition to the existing sex/gender filters, it would be handy to be able to filter based on masculinity and femininity. For instance, there are biological guys out there who do *not* identify as transgender, yet like to present themselves very effeminately and/or cross-dress/drag. Not being able to filter them out is mildly annoying for guys who are interested in finding more masculine friends/partners.
