Cannot upload images in slow networks

At home I have slow 16 Mbit/s Internet, very less for upload (1-2 Mbit/s?). I cannot upload any image to my profile! When I visit a friend with fast internet, I have no trouble uploading the same images. PLEASE increase the waiting time for the result of your dick scanner, because if it has only to do with internet speed, than don't exclude the people with slow internet? Thanks!
