Trouble uploading picture

I can't seem to upload a picture, or any of the pictures I try to the page. I follow all the steps, it shows the picture, linked to a sona.. I click upload.. it seems to be there, then I go b ack and it says I still have no image. is there a size limit I'm hitting on or something I"m not doing right.
