Blur mature image thumbnails

I have seen several people mark non-sexual profile images that still contain exposed dick as mature, and you can still see them clearly in the user's list of profile images. Blurring the image's thumbnail slightly seems like a good way to hide mature images from people who don't want to immediately see them without completely removing the image from the list
