How to enable AD account on IOS, telegram bot is not working.

I'm over 18 and I'm curious about the AD options, however there is no toggle on IOS and when i tried enabling it through the bot it told me i needed to have an account to enable AD but when I try to connect them it says they can no longer register accounts. Am I missing something?
