Interests keep disappearing

Hi! Whenever I look at my profile on a new instance of the app, more and more interests I listed with the interests function seem to be lost to the void! I had about fifteen yesterday, but as of writing this I only have the two most recent displayed on my account! Is there something I'm doing incorrectly?
