Users able to see and like profile even when I have visibility limited to "liked by me"

Even when I have my privacy visibility setting set to only "liked by me" or "mutuals only", other people are still able to see and like my profile. I have received two notifications while that privacy setting is on (to both mutuals and liked by me) from users who have liked my limited profile when they should not have been able to see it.
