Can’t link barq to telegram

I'm trying to enable AD mode on barq but when I chat with the bot I only get "Hi Ketu! It is no longer possible to register new accounts with the Telegram bot. If you already have a barq account and tried to log in, please make sure you are signed in to the Telegram account used when creating your account." But I'm not getting any option to attempt to log in
