Ability to hide profile pictures for everyone

Currently the only way to make an image invisible to everyone (without showing the padlocked image) is to delete it. The problem, however, is that when you delete it, you also lose the likes. It would therefore be nice to be able to hide it for everyone without losing the likes when deleting it.
