I would like to see already on the profile picture about the status between me and the other user. I know I can't make posts within groups unseen from users I've blocked. At least I want to know that I don't want to see that post from particular users before I go in or have to check their profiles directly. A little icon or colored dot next to the profile picture or the name highlighted in a certain color would do.
