Being able to limit who can like your profile via age

Making it so only a certain age range can interact with your profile. I'm 19 and only looking for friends around my age and it's really off-putting having tons of people 10+ years older than me liking my profile wanting to "compensate me financially." I don't think hiding my profile from them will be enough
